On
15 August 2007, at the Well Chapel in Witnesham, Suffolk, Bishop John
Kersey consecrated to the Sacred Episcopate Fr.
Alistair Bate, CCP, and Fr. Charles Mugleston, assisted by Bishops
Andrew Linley and Michael Skelly, CCP. The consecration
service commenced at 2.30pm sharp. The Roman Pontifical was
used for the consecration, and this was followed by the
celebration
of Mass according to the rite of the Liberal Catholic Church
International. The Revd. Colin Stebbing, OEF, assisted as
Deacon.
The Organist was John Rush.
